Dynamic Configuration

Systems can be “statically” or “dynamically” configured, all depending on whether the system is processing user requests at the time the configuration is underway. Static configuration is pretty simple; dynamic configuration is not so easy. See Case Study 3 — its purpose is to present a way to run tests while the system under test is being configured.
